01. Software License Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using any software script produced by Lozand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Lozand (the "Vendor").
Lozand provides softare as a digital product. We do not provide financial services, investment advice, or banking infrastructure. We produce the engine; you operate the platform.
02. Usage & Restrictions
Permitted Use
One license allows for one installation on a single domain. You are encouraged to modify the code to fit your brand and operational needs.
Prohibited Use
Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the Lozand source code is strictly prohibited. Nulled distribution will result in immediate license termination.
Domain Locked License
Once a license is activated, it is tied to the domain permanently and cannot be transferred to another domain under any circumstances.
No condition, including but not limited to domain suspension or expiration, shall justify a license transfer. A new license key is required for each unique domain you wish to activate.
Domain Name Prohibition
The use of the name "Lozand" or any confusingly similar variation within your domain name or website name is strictly prohibited.
Lozand reserves the right to immediately terminate any license for domains bearing the "Lozand" name without prior notice or refund.
03. Digital Delivery & Support
Instant Downloads
Software is delivered instantly upon payment verification via your customer dashboard. Access includes the core script and all relevant documentation.
Technical Support
We provide support for script bugs and core functionality. We do not provide free support for third-party customizations or server-side hosting issues.
04. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and the delivery of unencrypted source code, all sales are final. Once the software has been downloaded or license keys issued, we do not offer refunds.
We encourage all customers to review our Live Demo and feature list extensively before purchase.
05. Full Indemnification & Liability
The Lozand Team and its architects are hereby fully indemnified from any and all damages, financial losses, regulatory penalties, or legal repercussions arising from the purchaser's choice of usage, deployment strategies, or operational decisions.
By acquiring and utilizing this software, the purchaser acknowledges that they bear sole responsibility for ensuring the platform's usage complies with all applicable local and international financial regulations. Any diversion from the intended demonstration purpose is done at the purchaser's exclusive risk.
06. Termination
Breach of any part of this agreement, particularly unauthorized redistribution, fraudulent payment, or the use of prohibited domain names (e.g., containing "Lozand"), will result in the immediate termination of your license and access to updates without notice.
